Butterfinger Bars

  • Servings: a 9 X 13 pan full of Bars

4 Cups QUICK cooking oatmeal.

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 cups chocolate chips

3/4 cup of peanut butter.  * I use almond butter as we have a family member who cannot easily digest anything peanut.  Almond butter tastes just as good!*

9 X 13 pan

HOW TO

oven at 350 °

In a large bowl, combine:  butter, brown sugar and oats.  Press into a 9 X 13 pan.  Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely.

In the sauce pan, melt over a low heat:  peanut butter and chocolate chips.  When melted and blending well, remove and spread over the cooled bars.  Refrigerate before serving.

BOOM. done!
