Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
1 small box Lemon INSTANT pudding mix
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup cream sherry (can substitue with water)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Oven at 350°
Grease & flour bundt pan
Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT the powdered sugar. Combine well. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool completely. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
