1 pound chicken, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces 10 ounces frozen broccoli cuts 1 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn 1 4&1/2-ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 14 & 1/2 ounce can reduced sodium chicken broth … I make my own chicken broth and you can find the recipe HERE 10 & 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of potato soup 1/3 cup half and half 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded ( I use medium cheddar cheese) HOW TO: Dump all into your crock pot EXCEPT the half & half and the cheese. Cover and cook on low for at least 5 hours. After 5 hours, turn crock pot to high and and the half & half and the cheese. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Chicken and Vegetable Chowder
