We are heading to a pig roast and I am attempting to make 4 cheese balls to bring. Hopefully I will get them all ready 🙂
8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 1 4-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/8 cup finely chopped green and red bell peppers 1 & 1/2 tablespoons Green Onion, finely chopped (about 2 green onions) 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt 1 cup Pecan, chopped and divided into 1/2 cup portions Your favorite crackers HOW TO: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together EXCEPT only use 1/2 cup of the pecans. Shape into a ball. Place the remaining pecans on a plate and roll the ball in the pecans covering well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Hawaiian Cheese Ball
