This recipe was good… however next time I may add a bell pepper for a bit more flavor. It reminded us of comfort food…maybe something I would bring to someone recovering from surgery. It is not spicy and needs a little kick in my opinion.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken. In a bowl, whisk the soup and broth until blended and pour evenly over the dry stuffing.
