Chicken and Stuffing – Crock Pot

This recipe was good…  however next time I may add a bell pepper for a bit more flavor.  It reminded us of comfort food…maybe something I would bring to someone recovering from surgery.  It is not spicy and needs a little kick in my opinion.

Chicken and Stuffing - Crock Pot

2 pounds Chicken Breasts

2 boxes Stove Top Chicken Stuffing

2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup  (I make my own cream soup and you can find that recipe   HERE    )

14-ounce can of Chicken Broth

Salt and Pepper to taste

Pam cooking spray

HOW TO:

Spray crock pot with Pam.  Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.  Place chicken in crock pot.  Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken.  

In a bowl, whisk the soup and broth until blended and pour evenly over the dry stuffing.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.  

Serve with your favorite sides.
