This recipe was on facebook, so I thought I’d try it out. I’m not the one who like Shrimp, so I have to rely on hubby dearest to be the taste tester. He loved this recipe. The first time we tried them was on the barbeque and I actually ate 3. They were “ok” but I preferred the hamburgers and hot dogs he barbequed. The second try at the Shrimp, I baked in the oven. I had one and was done….but again, hubby loved them.
1 stick butter, melted 1 lemon, washed and then sliced thinly dry italian seasoning mix shrimp 9 X 13 baking dish HOW TO: if you plan to bake them, pre heat oven to 350° Melt butter and pour into a 9 X 13 baking pan. Wash the lemon off, then thinly slice it and place over the butter. Wash shrimp off and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the shrimp with the seasoning, coat completely. (I didn’t use the full package…maybe half a package) Layer shrimp over the lemon slices. Bake 15-20 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. I used big jumbo shrimp and did about 3-5 minutes extra under the broiler. I just wanted to make sure that the shrimp was fully cooked. I was surprised at how easy this recipe was and how well liked they were by the hubby! EnjoyShrimp
