3 Avocados…peeled, pitted and mashed with a fork.
1 lime…juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion (i used white onion)
3 tablespoons fresh finely chopped Cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper….or more to spice to your liking
HOW TO:
mash: avocados, lime juice and salt.
mix in remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
my suggestion is that if you want to make ahead, cover the guacamole with a thin layer of sour cream to prevent a lot of the browning on the avocados, then cover with plastic wrap.
