Chicken Crock Pot Soup

Sometimes when I make this, it turns out to be a little thick..almost stew type thickness.  Either way, it’s good.

Chicken Crock Pot Soup

  • Servings: 2 to 4 servings. depends on how big your bowl is

 1 can tomatoes with green chili’s

1 can corn

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 chicken breasts.  you can start this recipe with frozen chicken.  I have done that in the past.  I prefer to thaw it out and semi chop it into chunks.  it’s just easier than trying to mess with it later.

8 ounces cream cheese

1 packet dry ranch dressing

1 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder.   like it hot?  add more

HOW TO

ok time to blow your mind:  The ‘how to’ is simply this:   dump it in a crock pot, stir and set it on low, go about your business for 8 hours or longer.    Enjoy your dinner.
