Baked Crab Rangoons

Baked Crab Rangooons

This is a double recipe.  I figured that what if I made them and hubby is disappointed that there are only 14 available….soooo, I doubled the recipe.  Since I’m not a crab lover, I had to rely on hubby dearest for his input…. and he LOVED them!  I had one and I was surprised.  I could have almost eaten two….almost 🙂  They were better than I thought.  They’re very easy to make.  I think the hardest part was judging just how much filling to put into the wonton and then mastering the pinching part perfectly. (Yeah don’t laugh too hard as it was really my first attempt at pinching the lil wonton things)   I think about a teaspoon of the mix was about the right amount.  (( and, Yup!!… hubby dearest is just soooo spoiled ))

Baked Crab Rangoons

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 small Green Onions

8 ounces crab meat (imitation is fine as well)

6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

28 Wonton Wrappers

HOW TO:

Oven at 425°

Mix everything together EXCEPT the crab meat and wrappers.

Shred the crab with a fork.  Add crab to the cream cheese mix.  Spoon into wontons.  Pinch wontons to semi-seal.  Bake 8-10 minutes until browned.
