Creole Seasoning

 

 

I was making some onion rings last night in the oven.  They were yummy and this seasoning blend just added to the flavor.  (i’ll post the recipe for the onion rings later)  Not quite sure what else I will add this seasoning to, but for now it works great with onion rings!! … hmmm I’m thinkin Zucchini !!!

Creole Seasoning

  • Servings: approximately 4 and a half tablespoons

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 & 1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder

1 & 1/2 Teaspoons Oregano, dried

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground

1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1 Tablespoon Paprika

1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

HOW TO

another of my favorite “dump” style how-to.  🙂     in a small bowl, dump all the spices, combine.  waaay to easy 🙂  store in a glass jar or an empty spice jar.
