1 – 2 Pounds of Boneless Pork Chops

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1 Clove Garlic, chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger (fresh)  if no ginger on hand, yes, you can use the powdered.

How To:

wash chops and place on bottom of the crock pot.

in a bowl, combine everything else.

Pour over chops.

Slow cook LOW for a few hours, till tender.

Serve with your favorite vegies and rice.
