1 pound hamburger 1 cup rice 3 cups beef broth 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder black pepper to taste 1 cup frozen peas, thawed HOW TO simple enough, brown hamburger.
