1/2 cup water
1 & 1/2 teaspoons worsteshire sauce
1 & 1/2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can of cream of mushroom (I make my own cream soup and you can obtain that recipe HERE )
1 pound hamburger
oven @ 350°
in a large bowl combine the hamburger, egg, onion, bread crumbs, worsteshire sauce & 1/4 cup of the cream of mushroom soup. Form into balls and fry up. The majority of cooking is done in the oven. Frying them first just to get form/sear so that the meatballs do not fall apart.
in a small bowl combine remaining soup and water. Set aside
When the meatballs have been fried, arrange them into a 9X13 pan. Cover with the soup/water combination. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve with a baked potato and a side of veggies.
