Rotisserie Turkey Rub

  • Servings: for a 9 - 12 pound bird

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 tablespoons dried parsley

2 tablespoons dried rosemary

2 teaspoons salt

4 garlic cloves, minced. (If you dont have the garlic cloves on hand, you can subsitute with granulated garlic.  1/8 teaspoon is equivalent to 1 garlic clove)

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon paprika

HOW TO: 

Combine and rub over a rinsed and dried turkey.
