2 – 2 & 1/2 pounds of Chicken Legs (Approximately 8 – 10 chicken legs) 1 cup Maple Syrup 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard Salt and Pepper to taste Tin Foil 1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic (If you don’t have garlic on hand, you can substitute with Garlic Powder. 1/8 teaspoon of Garlic Powder = 1 Garlic Clove.) HOW TO: oven @ 375° Line a 9X13 baking dish with foil. Put legs (the chicken legs…not your legs ) on the foil. Salt and Pepper them. Flip and repeat. In a bowl combine: syrup, vinegar, garlic and mustard. Mix until blended. Pour over the chicken legs.
