Barbeque Baby Back Pork Ribs – Crock Pot

I was Impressed!!  Hubby enjoyed them, the meat falls off the bone, the flavor was good, and they are super easy to make.  Using a good BBQ sauce makes all the difference.

Barbeque Baby Back Pork Ribs - Crock Pot

2 & 1/2 pounds boneless country style Pork Ribs.  (I had bone in and they weren’t country style.  Doesn’t matter.  Either is fine.)

3/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning

3/4 teaspoons creole seasoning.    (  I make my own Creole Seasoning Blend and you can find that recipe   HERE   )   (I didn’t have any Cajun Seasoning this time around, so I used 1 tablespoon of Creole along with 2 dashes of ground red peppers)

at least 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce.  (I used Sugar Baby Ray’s brand.)

Crock Pot

HOW TO:

in a small bowl, combine cajun and creole seasoning.   set aside.

Rinse ribs, pat dry with some paper towel. If you are using bone in, slice down to 3-bone sections for an easier crock pot fit.  rub the rib sections with your seasoning blend.  Set aside.  Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce in the bottom of your crock pot.  Place ribs in crock pot.  Pour the remaining cup of BBQ sauce over the ribs.  Set crock pot on low for about 6-8 hours.     Enjoy!!
