Ranchero Chili & Rice
1 Pound Hamburger
2/3 Cup chopped Onion
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
3 – 3 1/2 Teaspoons Chili Powder (kinda depends on how hot you like it)
1/2 Cup Water
2 10-oz Cans Condensed Vegetable Beef Soup
1 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice
HOW TO
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain fat.
Add all ingredients except the rice. Bring meat mixture to a boil.
Serve over rice.
