Skillet Mac & Cheese

 

 

And, of course, I forgot to add the tomatoes!  I usually cut a few cherry tomatoes and put them on top.  Oh well,  next time !!  I really found it creamy for not having ANY cheese in it.  The creamy is from the soup and that’s all.  Interesting….

Skillet Mac & Cheese

1 Pound Hamburger

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1 Can Cream of Celery Soup

1/4 Cup Ketchup

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 & 1/2 Cups Uncooked Corkscrew Macaroni

4-8 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced

HOW TO:

Brown hamburger & onions.  Drain fat.  Cook macaroni seperately.  Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the tomatoes.  Bring hamburger mixture to a boil.  Once the macaroni is cooked, drain and add the macaroni to the hamburger mixture.  Transfer to a large bowl and top with the tomato halves.
