8-ounces Cream Cheese
4-6 strips of bacon
1 small onion, finely chopped
about 8 mushroom stems, finely chopped
salt to taste
oven at 350°
Trim & clean mushrooms. Fry bacon, onion & stems. Drain fat. Combine cream cheese with bacon mixture.
Once combined, stuff each mushroom. Sprinkle salt over stuffed mushroom. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tops are golden.
