1 pound hamburger

1 package spaghetti sauce mix (dry spice) ……..OR try my homemade spaghetti sauce mix recipe.  (I have given the heave-hoe to pre-packaged spaghetti sauce mixes…..I’ll add the recipe soon! )  6-4-16 update… the “Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix” is finally added!  yay!!!  You can obtain the Spaghetti Seasoning recipe  HERE

1 can stewed tomatoes  (you can use regular or italian style)  (I usually chop these up a bit.  I dont really like getting a big clump of hot tomato.)

1 can tomato sauce  (regular or italian style)

spaghetti noodles

parmesan cheese (optional)

HOW TO

 In a large fry pan, fry up the hamburger.  When fried, drain grease.  return to stove and add spaghetti sauce mix, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.  bring to a boil.  reduce and simmer.  in a large pot, bring to a boil the spaghetti noodles. (i add a very small amount of vegetable oil to the water, so that the noodles don’t get so sticky.) Serve noodles and sauce separately.  Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, if desired.

that’s it!  sooo easy.   Don’t forget the French Bread and a nice salad !!
