Chili Con Carne

1 Green Pepper, chopped

1 Pound Hamburger

1  15-ounce can Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed

1  11 & 1/8-ounce can of Italian Tomato Soup (1 & 1/2 cups)

3/4 Cup Water

4 teaspoons Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Tortilla Chips (your favorite type)

grated Cheddar Cheese, optional

Sour Cream to dip

HOW TO:

Brown Hamburger and green pepper.  Drain fat.  Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream.  Cook hamburger mixture 15-20 minutes on a simmer.  Serve with the tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream.
