Oriental Ham
3 tablespoons butter
5 finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 &1/2 cups cooked ham, chopped
1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 16-ounce can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
HOW TO:
Cook rice separately. Saute’ butter, onions & green pepper. When tender add everything and cook until heated through.
