4 cups carrots (says to use baby carrots…but i used what i had on hand), peeled
1 cup water
1 package of Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar ( I think next time I will use only 1 tablespoon. The brown sugar makes the carrots pretty sweet)
3 Tablespoons butter
In a medium saucepan put carrots and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium. Cover and let carrots cook till slightly tender. Drain water. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir until butter melts. Serve immediately.
