Ham Potato and Broccoli Casserole

16-ounce package of frozen French Fries

16-ounce package of frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed

1 & 1/2 cups cooked Ham, cubed

10.75 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup

milk  ( you will be filling the empty cream of mushroom soup can full of milk)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

cooking spray, like Pam


oven at 375°

Spray a 9X13 with cooking spray.  Cover bottom of dish by layering french fries.  Then add a layer of broccoli.  Then add a layer of ham.  Set aside.

in a small bowl, combine:  soup, milk and mayonnaise.  Pour over ham mixture.  Sprinkle top with cheese.  Bake uncovered 40 minutes.
