Easy and delish! The recipe came from my daughter in law.
Sweet Glazed Salmon
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 & 1/2 tablespoon Dijon type mustard
juice of half a lemon
salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
oven at 400°
in a small bowl combine: brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice & 1/4 teaspoon pepper. set aside.
heat a large skillet, rub fish with oil. season with salt & pepper. cook SKIN SIDE UP until a crisp brown crust forms. remove, flip and coat with brown sugar mix. Transfer to a tin foil lined cookie sheet. Bake until a glaze carmelizes & fish is cooked through
