Kielbasa & Cabbage Skillet
2 potatoes, boiled & mashed (The mashed potatoes in the picture look like rice because I used a potato ricer)
1 & 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 BEEF polka kielbasa, sliced into small circles
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 & 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar (may need a bit more)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dijon type mustard (may need a bit more)
HOW TO
heat olive oil. Add & brown kielbasa for about 3 minutes. Add cabbage, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, peeper & cook 10 more minutes. Stir occasionally. After mixture has been cooked at least 10 minutes, add mustard & rice wine vinegar. Serve over mashed potatoes.
