Chicken Stuffing Bake

I didn’t have any garlic, but i substituted with garlic powder.  1/8 teaspoon = 1 garlic clove.

Chicken Stuffing Bake

2 ounces of Chicken Flavored Stuffing

2 chicken breasts, chopped into 4-6 pieces

1/3 of a can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 – 2 tablespoons of very finely chopped onion OR a minced garlic clove OR a combo of both

Milk,  just a little bit (1/3 cup divide by 3 OR amount necessary to moisten)

1/3 teaspoon of chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

Paprika to sprinkle

HOW TO

oven at 400°

in small bowl combine soup,milk, garlic/onion and parsley.  Set aside.

Prepare stuffing as directed.

Spoon stuffing in bake dish in center

Place chicken on sides in bake dish.

Pour soup mixture over chicken.

Sprinkle with paprika

bake 15 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake until chicken is done.

Serve with Potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
